San Mateo Exclusive Buyer Agents (EBA)

Are you finding enough homes or investment properties for sale?

san mateo, exclusive, buyers, agents, brokers, eba, real estate, ca
An EBA will show bank-owned (REO), for sale by owner (FSBO), fixer uppers, foreclosures, probate, distressed, divorce, tenant occupied income properties, and much more including MLS.
And when it comes time to find out everything possible about the home you have decided to purchase, you will feel much better knowing your EBA will fully represent you with no conflict of interest. Ask for our free CD, or schedule a no obligation appointment, to learn about costly mistakes that you need not make.

An EBA can help you find and purchase any house or condo, land, or any other real estate properties on the market. The mls listings are only a portion of the homes you will see. Learn about the rest of the available properties in our system, such as bank owned, foreclosures, distressed properties and for sale by owners. When teaming up with an EBA you will find service exceeding your expectations. You will enjoy many home purchasing tips, local information, recreation, loans, current market conditions, how to get good deals, find the best and avoid the worst neighborhoods. And most importantly, you can count on us NOT steering you to any property, because we do not list homes for sale. If you need help finding one of the best real estate representatives around, email us now.
Welcome - - - Our city is a wonderful place to shop, dine or see a movie. It offers many other interesting activities for children and adults. There is an 18-hole golf course, an ice-skating rink, a museum which focuses on the local environment, an art gallery, many sports leagues for kids, the Mid- Peninsula Boys and Girls Club, a YMCA. Organizations include Toastmasters, Adult Education and a Mothers Club.
The city began its development in the early 1860's just after a rail line was completed up the peninsula. Wealthly individuals chose to build summer and weekend houses there, and some of those wealthy land owners also developed businesses in the town.
In the 1880's the town had terrible experiences with fires. There was no fire department. Help had to travel all the way from Redwood City. After the first two fires, a town meeting was called, during which the building in which the meeting was held burned down. (continued on page 2)
