Exclusive Buyer Agents (EBA)
Are
you finding enough homes or investment properties for sale?
-

-
An EBA will show bank-owned
(REO), for sale by owner (FSBO), fixer uppers, foreclosures, probate, distressed,
divorce, tenant occupied income properties, and much more including MLS.
And when it comes time to find
out everything possible about the home you have decided to purchase, you
will feel much better knowing your EBA will fully represent you with no
conflict of interest. Ask for our free CD, or schedule a no obligation
appointment, to learn about costly mistakes that you need not make.
-
An EBA can
help you find and purchase any house or condo, land, or any other real
estate properties on the market. The mls listings are only a portion of
the homes you will see. Learn about the rest of the available properties
in our system, such as bank owned, foreclosures, distressed properties
and for sale by owners. When teaming up with an EBA you will find service
exceeding your expectations. You will enjoy many home purchasing
tips, local information, recreation, loans, current market conditions,
how to get good deals, find the best and avoid the worst neighborhoods.
And most importantly, you can count on us NOT steering you to any property,
because we do not list homes for sale. If you need
help finding one of the best real estate representatives around,

us now.

Welcome
- - - Our city's neighborhoods are quiet,
in contrast to its bustling business districts. The busy El Camino Real,
which passes through the center of town, guides the traveler through blocks
of thriving businesses and past historic sites.
The logo of the Tanforan shopping center depicts a racehorse and jockey,
a reminder of the area's early association with horses. The land on which
Tanforan now stands was a racetrack from 1899 to 1964. It was named after
a cowboy from Chile named Torbio Tanforan. Before that time, the land had
been used for horse grazing.
Homes sprung up in the town following the earthquake of 1906, but it remained
a rural town until World War II when a military depot, a stopping place
on the way to points in the Pacific, was established there. The depot still
exists near the corner of Sneath Lane and El Camino Real. Many military
personnel decided to settle here after the war, which changed the character
of the area and made it a real city. A housing boom lasted until the mid
60's, establishing it's population at about 35,000.
Today it is a thriving city. The well-known and popular City Park, one
of many beautifully maintained parks in the city, includes three playgrounds,
a public pool, a baseball diamond, and more. The city has an excellent
Parks and Recreation Department which provides many classes and activities
for children and adults. The historical business district in the old downtown
offers interesting restaurants and shops.
Not only is it close to the SF International Airport and to BART, the community
is centrally located for commuting.
Feel free to contact us, and we would be happy to show you the local neighborhoods.
