Are you finding enough homes or investment properties for sale?

milpitas, exclusive, buyers, agents, brokers, eba, real estate, ca
Milpitas Exclusive Buyer Agents (EBA) show bank-owned (REO), for sale by owner (FSBO), fixer uppers, foreclosures, probate, distressed, divorce, tenant occupied income properties, and much more including MLS.
And when it comes time to find out everything possible about the home you have decided to purchase, you will feel much better knowing your EBA will fully represent you with no conflict of interest. Ask for our free CD, or schedule a no obligation appointment, to learn about costly mistakes that you need not make.

An EBA can help you find and purchase any house or condo, land, or any other real estate properties on the market. The mls listings are only a portion of the homes you will see. Learn about the rest of the available properties in our system, such as bank owned, foreclosures, distressed properties and for sale by owners. When teaming up with an EBA you will find service exceeding your expectations. You will enjoy many home purchasing tips, local information, recreation, loans, current market conditions, how to get good deals, find the best and avoid the worst neighborhoods. And most importantly, you can count on us NOT steering you to any property, because we do not list homes for sale. If you need help finding one of the best real estate representatives around, email us now.
Our city is the northern-most city in Santa Clara County, located just above the North Valley part of San Jose, east of Alviso, and south of Fremont. As a bedroom community, it is a relatively short commute for employees of many of the hi-tech companies that have located in north San Jose. Home prices are some of the most reasonable, only slightly above that of San Jose's North Valley area and Fremont. The cities south of San Francisco and Oakland lie in what was once a rich fruit and vegetable growing region. Until the early 1960's there were lots of agriculture, orchards, dairies, wineries and many food-processing industries. The primary manufacturers in the region were Lockheed, Westinghouse and the Ford Plant. Industrial production developed significantly after World War II and growth has since been rapid. There are still manufacturers of business, electric, food-processing machinery; household goods, aircraft and motor parts in the region fondly referred to as Silicon Valley. But the manufacture of computers, silicon chips and electronic items started taking the lead in the late 1960's. The explosive growth of internet related companies in the 1990's, brought a boom to the area stretching from San Jose to San Mateo, and beyond. However, in 2000 software developers started cutting back, and stocks fell. As the "dot com" stocks plunged, layoffs abounded causing large numbers of people to return to their home countries. Although still licking its wounds, the Silicon Valley came back strongly in 2004 with an increasing job market and a hot real estate market. (continued page 2)
